Included with the S510-C Smartphone is a steady charging base allowing elderly users with limited mobility to easily charge their phone without having to deal with fiddly plugs and leads. Further facilitating elderly users with limited mobility is an included lanyard, which allows the user to keep and carry their mobile phone around the neck. As the cord is in two detachable parts, to charge the phone the user can even keep the neck strap and simply detach the bottom part!

Ready for the Digital Switchover

By 2025, all analogue phone lines will be switched off, meaning landline phones will need to be compatible with digital routers and hubs. In preparation for the changeover, all Swissvoice phones are now fully compatible with digital networks. Swissvoice have confirmed that all phones are suitable for a digital network after testing at BT and Talk Talk labs.

SOS Button Sends Out a Call and Text With GPS Location

Greatly improving safety in the event of any unexpected emergencies, the S510-C smartphone features an SOS button which once pressed automatically calls a chosen contact and sends out a text message with a GPS location. It will also send text messages to five additional numbers of family or friends.

Unique Simplified WhatsApp Menu

Another unique feature of this smartphone is its simplified WhatsApp menu, which makes it really easy for seniors to keep in touch with loved ones. As can be seen in the image below, the Swissvoice S510-C offers a WhatsApp menu with four large touch buttons for writing an SMS, making a voice or video call and sending a voice message. Vocalisation of received text messages and dictation of text messages to be sent, guarantee even greater ease.
