How To Pair Geemarc AmpliDECT 295 Photo with an Extra PhotoDECT Handset

1 Comment28 January 2022  |  Eugene

To pair your Geemarc AmpliDECT 295 Amplified Cordless Telephone with an extra PhotoDect Photo Button Handset, simply follow the instructions below. There are two possible pairing methods. We recommend trying the first method, and only using the second if the first method fails.

Please note: Ensure the handset you wish to pair is fully charged, and then remove it from the charging cradle before beginning the pairing process.

Method 1

  1. On the main AmpliDECT 295 base, press and hold the Handset Locator Button (located in the main base cradle as shown below) for approximately 6 - 8 seconds until it emits a beeping sound. The base will now be in registration mode.

  3. Wait up to 60 seconds until you hear a confirmation tone.

Method 2

  1. On the main AmpliDECT 295 base, press and hold the Handset Locator Button for approximately 6 - 8 seconds until it emits a beeping sound. The base will now be in registration mode.
