How Loud is the Ringer?

The ringer volume can be a adjusted to seven different volume levels, with the maximum reaching 90dB. This level of amplification will benefit anybody who may have difficulty hearing the phone ring on a regular basis. This loud speaker volume also allows for handsfree conversations without any difficulty hearing the caller.

Can the Phone Connect to a Hearing Aid?

With hearing aid compatibility up to M4/T4 specification, this amplified phone can be connected directly to a hearing aid for more efficient listening. The freedom to choose between handsfree amplification and hearing aid compatibility makes this phone usefully versatile for those with impaired hearing.

Is the Display Easy to Read?

The 2.4" screen features an easy-to-read colour display that helps those with impaired vision to operate the M24 phone. Large keypads with clearly labelled numbers, letters and symbols provide total clarity for users who may find it hard to navigate and use standard telephones.

Is the M24 Phone Handsfree?

Yes, the charging base has a built-in Bluetooth handsfree system for extra convenience. Press the large button with the green telephone symbol on the base to answer any calls in handsfree mode, and adjust the volume using the two arrow buttons that are also located on the charging base.

How Does the SOS Button Work?

In the event of an emergency, press and hold the large red button on the back of the device for three seconds. This will dial out the assistance number you have set up, and the M24 will enter handsfree mode automatically when answered. If the call is not answered, the M24 will keep dialling until the the call is accepted. Press and hold the SOS button to terminate this sequence.

How Many Emergency Numbers Can Be Added?

The M24 Amplified Mobile Phone can add up to five emergency numbers, as well as a number for an emergency service centre. The phone will cycle through all of the emergency numbers to greatly increase the likelihood that the emergency call will be answered.

Does the Phone Have a Speed Dial?

The M24 Mobile Phone can have up to ten speed dial contacts with an associated picture and voice message for total certainty of who is being called. This can be set up through the phonebook menu which is easily accessed by pressing the phonebook button on the keypad.

What Happens When I Miss a Phone Call? 

If you miss a call from a number and they ring again within three minutes of the initial missed call, the M24 phone will automatically increase the ringer volume to improve the chance it's heard. Once the call has been answered, the ringer volume will be resumed to the user's selected level.

What Are Smart Notifications?

The M24 Amplified Mobile Phone features a smart notification system that sends a text message to friends or relatives in the case of low battery, missed calls or lack of phone activity. This provides added peace of mind in the event of any emergency situations that may occur.

Does the Phone Include a Camera?

Yes, the M24 Mobile Phone features a built-in 0.3MP camera for capturing special family moments. To use the camera, simple press the camera button on the keypad to enter capture mode, then press the button again to take a picture. The images are stored within an internal gallery that you can access via the multimedia menu.

Does the Phone Include a Torch?

Yes, the phone includes a bright torch that is quick and easy to operate. Simple hold down the torch button on the keypad for three seconds to activate and deactivate the torch.
