To set it up, all you need to do is connect the telephone as illustrated in the diagram below. Only use the telephone connection line supplied, as the equipment may not function if another telephone connection line is used.

Do I Need Multiple Telephone Sockets for This Amplicomms Bundle?

As each BigTel 40 Plus phone is corded, you will need a telephone socket for each unit to plug into. If you'd prefer a cordless system, check out the our superb Cordless Telephones category.

Can This Phone Be Wall Mounted?

Yes, this phone is supplied with a wall mounting bracket, and can be easily wall mounted. In order to properly mount the phone on your wall, two screws and a screwdriver will be required.

Is This Phone Compatible With Digital Routers?

BT have announced that by 2025, all analogue phone lines will be switched off, meaning landline phones will need to be compatible with digital routers and hubs. In preparation for the changeover, all Amplicomms Telephones are now fully compatible with digital networks. Amplicomms have confirmed that all phones are suitable for a digital network after testing at BT and Talk Talk labs.
